The only room upstairs, it has a roof with wooden beams and offers a unique privacy.

Teresa

Spacious and comfortable, it is a perfect room for couples with children or alone. Large bathroom with shower.

Lucette

This room has one thing in common: a very large bathroom with double sink! Perfect for couples, then.

DAILY SUPPLEMENTS

Extra bed: 15 euros

Pet: 10 Euros

PLEASE NOTE: the rates do not include the tourist tax of 1.10 Euro per person per night, applicable for a maximum of three consecutive nights.

Seasons

Low season: from 7th January to 25th March; from 16th October to 30th November

Mid-season: from 26 March to 30 April; from 15 July to 31 August; from 1 December to 19 December

High season: from 1st May to 15th July; from 1st September to 15th October; from 20th December to 6th January

PLEASE NOTE: all holidays, as well as special events in Florence, such as the Florence Marathon and Pitti Fair, correspond to the high season.

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT

Check-in is possibile starting from 15.00 up to 24.00 on the day of arrival (any exceptions to this must be communicated in advance). The room must be checked out no later than 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

SELF-CHECK IN: from June 2018, you can use our SELF CHECK-IN service and arrive whenever you want, in total autonomy!

Booking terms

To confirm the reservation, we require the payment of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount. In case of cancellation within 24 hours from the date of check-in or no-show, the customer will be required to pay 100% of the total amount. If you are unable to pay online, you may pay for your stay at check-in, but you agree to the terms and conditions of cancellation stated above.

Cancellation terms

The Client is obliged to cancel the reservation at least 48 hours prior to their arrival. Please notify us of your cancellation by e-mail or fax.

Credit card: Surname + First name + Expiry date + Security code

The security code is located on the back of the credit card and in most cases consists of 3 digits. On American Express cards the security code is located on the front of the card and consists of 4 digits.
